From Cars 2, here we have a brand new Mattel 1:55 scale diecast release...Manny Roadriguez! He is part of the 2015 "Palace Chaos" sub-series (#5/7). This is the first time this character has been made available.
As shown in the screen shot above, Manny can be seen (very briefly) in the crowed during the London race. He is standing next to Sir Harley Gassup, Prince Wheeliam, and The Queen.
