Cars 3: Caleb Worley

Hey all! Not gonna lie, I love when I've just found a bunch of new cars and get to share them on here. It seemed to have been a while (releases really died down toward the end of 2020), but with the new year usually comes a plethora of new diecasts and an updated packaging design—and that's proven true once again. 2021 is starting off strong! Anyway, tonight I'm sharing another really neat brand new Cars 3 1:55 scale diecast from Mattel...Caleb Worley! This character just hit shelves not too long ago as part of the 2021 Singles Case C.

As shown in the screenshot above, Caleb can be spotted very briefly (honestly you can barely see him and he drives by in a blur) in Cars 3 during the Thomasville Speedway race flashback. He is one of the old school Piston Cup racers (No. 3) from Doc's racing days in the 1950's and is sponsored by All Good Auto Parts, King Bowling Alley, Re-Volting and Dinoco.

I really dig any and all retro style Cars characters, so this one was a big win for me. I hope there are more cars from "Doc's Racing Days" coming later this year! Do you know of any?
