Here we have the Mattel 1:55 scale diecast re-release of Charlie Checker from the original Cars! This release was available last year and was part of the 2013 "Piston Cup" sub-series.
As seen in the screenshot above, Charlie is the official Piston Cup "Pace Car" in the film.
Charlie has been released a few times over the years. He was previously available in the 'World of Cars", "Race O Rama" and "Lenticular Eyes" series (among others) and was featured in a couple of multi-packs as well.
