Like clockwork. About every three months or so, Jakks Pacific releases a new series of Disney Tsum Tsum Mystery Packs—and what do you know! They're right on schedule. Series seven hit shelves back in early August and now we're onto SERIES EIGHT already! Wow does time fly, right?
As you know if you've been following along with my reviews of these, I only (of course) pick up the Pixar characters in each series. This time around there are three: Heimlich from A Bug's Life and Fear and Disgust from Inside Out! The other Disney characters in series eight are Gaston, Kermit, Rafiki, Moana, Maleficent as a dragon, Maui and Santa Jack Skellington. What a great lineup!
I was able to find a full case of these at my local Target just a a few days ago, but I know they've been showing up at Toys R Us stores as well. I do have to say, I did a pretty good job feeling for who I was looking for! I was able to get these three without any doubles or mistakes. Phew!

HEIMLICH
Heimlich here might be my all time favorite of these little Tsums (though I'm a sucker for all things Heimlich). I love his adorable look, his colors and his amazing candy corn accessory! "Let me help you to finish it." ;)
You can put him on top of the candy corn (with the tip removed and stacked) or underneath it. There's also a space in the middle for a small Flik (which I NEED)!
FEAR
I was excited to see that Fear and Disgust were being released as well, since they complete the set of all five emotions! Anger was released in series two and Joy and Sadness were released in series four. And here's a fun tip—Bing Bong is set to be released with his "rocket" in one of the next upcoming series!
Oh and gotta love Fear's little bow tie detail.
DISGUST

By the way, if this is your first experience with this collection, Mystery Stack Pack Tsums Tsums are always about 1.5" in size and are made of a soft vinyl/plastic material. Each pack retails for $2.99. Best of luck as you try to track down your favorites! Again, Target and Toys R Us stores are your best bets right now to find them—so head to yours ASAP to check for availability (before the cases get picked over).
