This version of Agent Shiftwell was a 2011 Cars 2 release from Mattel...Holley Shiftwell with Wings! She is a 1:55 scale diecast and was #2 in the original "Deluxe" size assortment.
As seen in the screen shot above, Holley uses here retractable wings to escape from the "Big Bentley" clock tower and help save the day during the film's exciting climax.
Besides this single release, she was also available in a 3-pack early on in the Cars 2 series as well. Since then though, she hasn't had any re-releases and there doesn't seem to be any plans for one any time soon.
