Today we have Jay Limo from Cars (obviously a parody of Jay Leno). The car is seen on his talk show during the montage when Lightning goes missing. Jay says "I don't know what's harder to find; Lightning McQueen or a crew chief who'll work with him!" (screen shot above).
This version of Jay Limo is part of Lenticular eyes series and is number 122. He was also released with fixed eyes in the Final Lap series.
