Inside Out: Funko "Dorbz"

I'm experiencing a lot of joy right now because several new Pixar characters have finally been added to the ever expanding line of Funko Dorbz..and I just got them in the mail! This time around we have Joy, Sadness and Bing Bong from Inside Out— numbers 294, 295 and 296. These are the first Pixar related Dorbz since Sulley, Boo and Boo in monster costume which were released over a year ago.

Dorbz were added to the massive Funko family back in 2015 and have since grown tremendously in popularity. I'd say they're Funko's number two line right behind the "POP!" collection and for good reason. They really are "a-dorbz" (as the young kids say these days ;). I know the designs aren't for everyone, but I love their oversized heads, bright colors and unique closed eye expressions! I'm a sucker for these types of pieces.

As usual, Funko has created some great stylized collectible vinyl figures that can appeal to adults just as much as kids. Dorbz stand at about 3" tall, feature one point of articulation (the head can rotate a full 360 degrees) and typically retail for around $7.99. Let's take a detailed look at them out of the package below!

These three have just hit Hot Topic store shelves (and online) and are set to be released on Amazon this coming Friday, April 21 (I'll add the direct links below). I'm sure they'll be elsewhere soon as well, but I ended up just purchasing mine on eBay (and for a phenomenal price I might add!). If you want to go that route, check out this direct link to current eBay listings.

One final note: be sure to keep your eyes open for the rare CLEAR Bing Bong CHASE edition Dorbz. He's very hard to find but I hope to add him to my collection soon!

Which one is your favorite? Who do you hope do see next? Do you prefer Funko "POP!" or Dorbz? Shout out all your answers, general thoughts and questions in the comments below!
