"Create a little Disney/Pixar Magic!"
A few months ago, back in April, the Disney Store released this great Pixar craft book with more than 30 Pixar project ideas "to make and create"! When I saw this, I knew I had to get this for my future kids.
This is soft cover 64 page book with projects based on Finding Nemo, The Incredibles, WALL-E, Monsters Inc. and Cars. There are some really fun and creative ideas in this book with some very clear instructions. There are also some stickers and press-outs to go along with the crafts.
Below are a few of my favorites that I'll really look forward to doing someday:
"Make Your Own Super Hero"
"To Infinity and Beyond"
"Tank Gang Mobile"
"1, 2, 3 Aliens" (love the tennis balls for the heads)
"Not an Ordinar-E Puppet"
Since I haven't made any of these crafts myself, I can't tell you how they come out in real life. On the back of the book, however, it does say that these crafts are "easy-to-make" so I can't imagine they're too difficult to achieve. The back also states that these are "perfect for keeping children entertained" and that the "simple step by step illustrations will help you and your child create awesome crafts, ideal for playtime fun or to give as gifts."
The book and crafts are recommended for ages 3+ and retails for just $7.95.
It's still available at the Disney Store, so get it while you can if you're interested in this great book.
