In 2013, Mattel re-released "Bug Mouth Lightning Mcqueen" (a 1:55 scale diecast) in their Toys R Us exclusive Radiator Spring Classic collection. Previously, he had been released in the Race O Rama, Supercharged and World of Cars series, so he's hit the shelves quite a few times.
As shown in the screen shot above, this version of Mcqueen is based off the scene in the film when Lightning gets some bugs splattered on his teeth during his relaxing drive with Sally
This car isn't currently available, but if you're still looking ti add Bug Mouth Mcqueen to your Disney/Pixar Cars collection, be sure to stop by Amazon or eBay for the best deals! He shouldn't be too hard to find at all.
