Inside Out: "Tsum Tsum" Mini Plush Collection

Just released today ("Tsum Tsum Tuesday"), here we have the brand new Disney·Pixar Inside Out Tsum Tsum mini plush collection sold exclusively at the Disney Store! I'll try not to get emotional.

If you're unfamiliar with these, you might be asking yourself, what on earth is a "Tsum Tsum"? These little guys were first introduced in Japan in 2013 to coincide with the release of the Japanese Disney mobile app game of the same name. Ultimately, they're just stylized, stackable, bean bag plushies based on popular Disney characters...but boy are they adorable! As of last summer, they have now made their way to the U.S. (along with the mobile game) and are available only at Disney Stores (some basic ones are now at Target stores as well).

There are many different Disney characters that have been released, such as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, the classic Mickey and Friends, Winnie the Pooh, Frozen and Toy Story ones (see those HERE)."Tsum Tsum" (pronounced "Soom Soom") literally means "Stack Stack" in Japanese.

Of course with today being the release date, I had to run over to my local Disney Store to purchase the whole set! A big thanks to my wife Brita who counted these as an early wedding anniversary present.

These plushies are only 3 1/3 inches long and are made from a very quality, soft material. In this collection, there are six characters including: Joy, Anger, Fear, Sadness, Disgust and Bing Bong. Check them all out in detail below!

This has to be my favorite collection of Tsums released thus far. They're just so cute, the designs are spot on and all of the custom little outfits made for each these are fantastic (Sadness's little sweater, Joy's dress, Bing Bong's coat and hat, etc...). So much detail and they're even better in person! As usual, the photos don't really do them justice.

At this point, I'm definitely hoping for more Pixar characters to be released soon. I'm pretty sure a Mike and Sulley will be released in the U.S. in the near future, so I'll keep you posted on that!
