Hey Disney·Pixar Cars fans! I'm finally back with another Mattel Cars 1:55 scale diecast review for you. I know I always say this, but man do I have a lot of these from over the last two years to still post here on the blog. There's just been so much going on, but I do hope to get more of my diecast collection documented on here over the next few weeks.
Today I'm taking a very quick look at Jet Robinson, one of the first characters to be released this year. As seen in the screenshot above, Jet can be spotted very briefly (and only from the back) during the flashback to Doc's prime racing days in Cars 3. It appears he's from Myrtle Beach in South Carolina and was sponsored by Southern Gold and Make Way. His racing number is 17.
Lastly, Jet here is part of the 2019 "Doc's Racing Days" sub-series. And just FYI, he was also available in a 2-Pack with Doc (or should I say, "Dirt Track Fabulous Hudson Hornet"), as seen HERE.
