Chuki here, is a Japanese reporter car seen in the original Cars film when Lightning Mcqueen goes missing (screen shot of her brief appearance above). This car is a 1:55 scale vehicle from Mattel.
Besides her chase package release seen here in the "Race O Rama" collection, she was also released in the "World of Cars" and the "Lenticular eyes" series as well.
