From Cars 2, here we have Jesse Haulander- yet another brand new 1:55 scale diecast release from Mattel! He has just hit shelves as part of the 2016 "Cruisin' Tokyo" sub-series (#5/9).
As shown in the screenshot above, Jesse is a background character briefly seen during (what I call) the "arrival to Tokyo montage." Literally, if you blink you'll miss him. I wonder how Mattel comes up with what characters to create out of the thousands of background cars on screen?
