Toy Story: Andy's Room Figure Gift Pack (Hasbro, 2001)

Today I'm taking you back to 2001 with this fun Toy Story ("And Beyond!") Andy's Room figurine gift set by Hasbro! This is a really cool old school set that features some unique characters.

I really love the Picasso Mr. Potato Head (I don't have any of those in my collection) and the Bo Peep (I only have two other Bo Peeps in my collection- the Thinkway doll and the buddy pack version). This is a really nice bunch of figures overall! I really enjoy going back sometimes to some of the old products that I missed out on back in the day.

As much as I like this set, I really just got it in preparation for finding the second figure gift pack from this series which is even cooler: Sid's Room (seen on the back of the package). That one has some of the mutant toy characters that I've never gotten in any toy form.

Sid's room does pop up on eBay once and a while, so you know I'm keeping my eyes peeled like no other. Since I have a completest mentality, I needed both sets- Andy's room just happened to come first. UPDATE 9/16/16- I finally added "Sid's Room" to my collection! Check out the post HERE.

Anyway, back to the Andy's room set, lets take a closer look at each of the six mini figurines! Each character stands at about 2"- 3.5" tall and is made of a PVC plastic. Keep in mind that none of the figures are posable or have any kind of articulation.

This is a great set for kids to play with, as well as for older collectors to display- but what makes this set really neat is how rare it is at this point.
