Cars 3: Miss Fritter

Cars 3 Miss Fritter

"THE DIVA OF DEMOLITION, MISSSSS FRITTTEEERRRR!"

Ready for one of the best diecasts Mattel has ever produced? It's Miss Fritter from Cars 3! This 1:55 scale "Deluxe" size diecast was released in the very first wave of Cars 3 characters back in the spring of 2017 and has been re-released numerous times since. The fantastic movie-accurate detailing, the heavy diecast metal and sheer size/weight are some of the reasons why this is one of my all-time favorites (plus the character was hilarious—an instant classic in a totally insane way). Who comes up with this stuff? Oh yah, the geniuses at Pixar.

If you've seen Cars 3, you don't need me to remind you where she appears in the film! Miss Fritter is racing no. 58 and is, until McQueen and Cruz show up, the undefeated Thunder Hollow Crazy 8 champion. This is one of the last demolition derby racers I need to post on here! I just need two more.

Fun fact: When Miss Fritter was first released, her stop sign was actually just a sticker on a plastic octagon (seen below). That was the version I originally purchased. Soon after, Mattel released an updated and improved design which has the more jagged edge screen accurate stop sign (the one I chose to focus on above). You know I had to fork out for that one as well since it was a vast improvement, so I ended up with two versions of this character in my collection.

Miss Fritter seems to be re-released pretty often, so she shouldn't be too hard to find if you're looking to add her to your Disney·Pixar Cars collection. If you'd rather just pick her up online, check out current eBay listings HERE or Amazon using the links below.

Let me know your thoughts down in the comments! Which version do you have?

IT'S FRITTER TIME.
