Toy Story: Roly Poly Clown & Troikas

Today's post is a special one because the Toy Story Roly Poly Clown and the Troikas are finally added to my collection! Disney has never released these characters in any way and when I saw them custom made on eBay last year, I just knew I had to get them...eventually. They were a bit pricey so I needed to wait for the right time. The time came last week when I had the funds ready to buy these guys. I contacted the seller and he luckily had some still. These are not easy to come by! They come and go so much on eBay and I was luckily to snag them just in time. 

 

 So excited today when the box came!! I had been tracking it all week.

 

And here they are in all their well made glory! They are both made out of wood (rather than plastic like in the film) and are very high quality. Even better than I pictured...lets get to them!

Roly Poly Clown

 And yes, the clown does "jingle" (see video below)!

 

  So much detail! Look at that hair...everything is hand painted!

 

 Love the shiny, glossy, plastic look (even though it's wood)! 

 

Troikas 

The Troikas do open up and store inside each other if you were wondering! They are genuine nesting dolls. 

 

Needless to say, I'm not disappointed with this purchase whatsoever. These are absolutely incredible and a must have to complete your Toy Story collection! I really don't think Thinkway, Disney·Pixar or Mattel have any plans to release these characters anytime soon...or ever. So be sure to get them while you still can!
